What you get:

  • 4k Textures in a .zip file

  • Updates on retexture status including progress photos

  • Support and instructions on upload

Unity setup for textures is available for an additional $10 fee

  • Includes textures and Unity scene for easy upload

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms

Payment

  • Payment is required up front via Paypal unless discussed beforehand.

  • I send update photos as I go. Changes to the design are allowed during the beginning and middle of the retexture process. Last minute changes or additions may result in an extra fee.

General Terms

  • Reference images are not required. I can go off of a description, color palette, or general vibe :)

  • Both parties must follow the tos for the avatars/assets being used. This includes both parties owning the avatars/assets.

  • Revisions are allowed during the retexture process within reason. An excessive amount of changes may result in an extra fee.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

  • I have the right to use my retexture work in my portfolio unless discussed otherwise

  • If the commission is for an avatar base that I do not currently own, the price of the base will be added to the commission.

Refunds

  • Once work has been started, no refunds will be given.

  • If for some reason, I am unable to complete the commission due to complications on my end, a full refund will be issued.

  • After final approval for the texture has been given, no major changes will be done.

  • Refunds will not be provided in cases where the customer has failed to provide proper communication. If I fail to hear back from you in a reasonable amount of time, I reserve the right to terminate the commission and retain any payments made up to that point.
